For product sizes, please refer to the "Size Chart" on the right side of the size selection column on the product page. On this website, we display sizes based on our own measurement method in order to make product sizes easier for customers to understand.

Please see here for information on how to measure. Some products have the model's size listed in the "About the Item" section, so please refer to this for help in choosing the size.

We will only refund you if the product is defective. In this case, we will cover all costs associated with the return.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience. We only accept size exchanges and model changes.

Shipping fees in Japan
・Domestic flat rate 1,100 yen (tax included)
・Free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more (excluding tax)

Shipping fees outside of Japan (EMS)
・Asia (excluding Japan) = 3,000 yen flat rate
・North America, Central America, Oceania, Middle East = 7,000 yen flat rate
・North America, Central America, Oceania, Middle East = 7,000 yen flat rate
・South America, Africa = 7,000 yen flat rate
Note: EMS delivery may not be available in some of the above areas.

Shipping fees outside of Japan (DHL)
・Flat rate of 15,000 yen regardless of the country or region.

For overseas purchases, customs duties, import taxes, and customs fees may be imposed on the purchased items at the time of customs clearance in the receiving country. In such cases, please pay them directly to the delivery company at the time of delivery. Customs guidelines and policies vary from country to country. Please contact the customs office of the receiving country for details.
